Full-body sculpt by CAMP


CAMP's Full Body Sculpt class will have you moving through a series of non-stop movements utilizing resistance bands. This high energy, music driven workout will have you jumping, pulsing, squatting, and burning your way through the most challenging and fun class you've ever loved. Your instructor, Ridge Davis, has been keeping Hollywood's elite trimmed and toned for over a decade. Ridge, a NCSF certified trainer, prides himself on the fundamentals of fitness: eat clean and train dirty. Join Kate Willson for an athletic blend of Vinyasa yoga, with elements of barre, Pilates, and cardio workouts infused into the flow.
